Lina Nagy joined Serotte Law Firm in May 2024, bringing more than a decade of experience in immigration law. Since beginning her career as a paralegal in 2009, she has developed extensive expertise in family-based and humanitarian immigration matters. Lina is recognized for her meticulous attention to detail, ability to identify and resolve potential issues, and steadfast commitment to providing clients with a seamless and reassuring experience throughout the immigration process.

Lina’s professional approach is defined by precision, compassion, and dedication to excellence. Lina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, a degree that has strengthened her organizational, analytical, and communication skills with core competencies that enhance her ability to manage complex cases and maintain efficient legal operations. Fully fluent in Spanish, Lina is dedicated to assisting clients from diverse backgrounds and takes special pride in serving the Hispanic community.

At Serotte Law Firm, Lina focuses on preparing a wide range of petitions, including family petitions, unlawful presence waivers, adjustments of status, removal of conditions on residence, green card renewals, immigrant visa processing, and naturalization applications. Her experience also extends to DACA, U visas, cancellation of removal, court-based adjustments of status, and appeals, providing her with comprehensive insight into procedures across USCIS, ICE, and EOIR.

Outside of the office, Lina enjoys landscape and night photography, crocheting, knitting, and traveling. These creative pursuits reflect her appreciation for balance and perspective in all aspects of her life.
