Cole Oliveros

Cole joined Serotte Law Firm in July 2025 as a Paralegal and quickly became known for her teamwork, reliability, and strong attention to detail. She brings a client-focused approach to every case, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and high-touch service that helps clients feel supported throughout their immigration process.

Cole’s ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality makes her an invaluable member of the team. She is always eager to take on new challenges and continuously expand her knowledge of immigration law and legal processes. Her enthusiasm for learning and adaptability contributes to the firm’s collaborative and dynamic environment.

In her daily work, Cole focuses on supporting the legal teams with the production of business immigration cases and mainly the Labor Certification process. She also supports the team with various process improvement and reporting projects.

Cole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, a field recognized as a pre-law discipline in the Philippines. While her degree took her on an indirect path to law, it strengthened her skills in organization, critical thinking, and communication abilities she now applies daily in her paralegal work.

Outside the office, Cole enjoys playing GeoGuessr (and proudly calls herself an ACE), spending time with family and friends, and exploring the outdoors whenever she can.
