Asia Battle

Paralegal

Asia Battle joined Serotte Law Firm in February 2021. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Medaille College in 2015 and has worked in law firms since 2018. Through her experience, Asia has developed strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including corporate clients, their employees, attorneys, and colleagues. She is known for her reliability, efficiency, and proactive approach to assisting attorneys and supporting firm operations.

In her role, Asia is adept at managing complex workflows, collaborating with attorneys, and adapting to shifting priorities to meet the business and individual immigration needs of the firm’s clients. She primarily manages a high volume of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa cases, including H-1B, H-1B1, E-1, E-2, E-3, L-1A, TN, I-130, PERM-based I-140, immigrant visa processing, green card applications, removal of conditions, and naturalization filings.

Outside of the office, Asia enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Sonny Denzel. During the fall, she can often be found at her niece’s football games, serving as her personal photographer. A self-described homebody, Asia finds joy in reading fiction novels and various articles as a form of escapism. She is an avid fan of the WNBA (go Aces!) and lacrosse. She also enjoys playing The Sims, painting, photography, tending to her plants, and learning new recipes in her spare time.

Committed to giving back to her community, Asia has volunteered with the Buffalo Police Department to distribute Christmas gifts and meals to families during the holiday season, participated in tree-planting efforts in the Riverside neighborhood, and served as a mentor to a group of high school students.
