In March 2024, USCIS will begin accepting registrations for H-1B petitions subject to the Fiscal Year 2025 Cap (i.e. people who have not previously held H-1B status). Start planning your 2024 H-1B filings now.

Important Timeframes
- Contact Serotte Law for your initial review by end of February
- H-1B registration opens March 6 at noon EST
- H-1B registration closes March 22 at noon EST
- USCIS conducts the lottery by end of March
- USCIS notifies H-1B winners by end of March
- H-1B petition submissions begin early April
